Cash Xpress Service – A convenient digital solution to request cash delivery to your door.

Request cash in the denominations you require to be delivered to the location of your choice.

Who is it for?

• Existing customers who have registered in Online Banking services or Al-Tijari Application.

How to use the service?

For Mobile banking Users

• Log in to CBK Mobile Banking, on the main screen you will find an “Extra” Icon. Click on Cash Xpress to submit your request.

For Online Banking Users

• Log in to CBK Online Banking, on your homepage you will find the “Fund Transfer” icon. Click on Cash Xpress to submit your request.

Cash Xpress (Home Delivery) Terms and conditions:

• Minimum order is KD 1,000 and the Maximum order is KD 10,000.
• Cash Xpress deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM and 7 PM.
• Customers need to receive their requested Cash in person, show their original Civil ID to the employee and confirm amount before signing the receipt.

Cash Xpress (T-Locker) Terms and conditions:

• This Service is Free of Charge.
• The service is available for 2 orders only During the Eid Period.
• The Minimum order amount is KD 200, and the maximum amount is KWD 5,000, with a maximum number of 3,000 Notes.
• The order will be delivered to the selected Branch T-Locker within 48 hours.
• If the customer did not collect the order from the T-Locker within 2 days from delivery date, then the order will be cancelled, and the amount reversed.
• Customers are not permitted to cancel or modify the requested amount after submitting it
