T-Pay is a quick pay me service for Al Tijari customers that allows you to redefine the way you perform your daily financial transactions. T-Pay is a way of payment which allows you to pay and collect money to/from any Al-Tijari customer, using the latest QR code technology or using links.

To activate T-Pay:

• Download CBK Mobile app
  
• Make sure to have one of the methods to log in to CBK Mobile activated (Access Code, Face ID, Fingerprint)
  
• T-Pay icon will then appear on CBK Mobile app home page
  
• Press on ‘My ID’
  
• Accept Terms & Conditions
  
• Choose the CBK account you would like to link to T-Pay
  
• Enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to you
  
• Top up your T-Pay account to be ready to use the service

To collect using T-Pay:

• On CBK Mobile app home page, press on the T-Pay icon
  
• Click on ‘Pay Me’
  
• Enter amount require and the transaction description
  
• Share the generated QR code with the payee as a link or as an image
  
• The other person will click on the link to pay or can upload the QR code image from the T-Pay ‘ Scan’ icon, and press Continue to make the payment

To Pay using T-Pay:

• Make sure your T-Pay account has enough balance
  
• Ask the other person/merchant to generate a QR code for you with the payment amount and details
• Scan the QR code by clicking the ‘ Scan ‘ button from within the T-Pay icon
