Who Can Apply?

• All CBK customers.
• Ages 21 to 69 for Kuwaitis and 59 for non-Kuwaitis.
• Minimum salary should be KD 400.

Interest Rate:

• The current interest rate is 6.50% per annum and calculated on a reducing balance basis

What Should I know?

• Start at 1,000 KD and last up to 70,000 KD.
• Durations start at 2 years and extend up to 15 years.
• All CBK financing solutions offer optional insurance rated at 2% of your loan amount.
• If you settle your loan early, future interest will be dropped with no other fees.
• Housing loan rates are reviewed every 5 years to align with Central Bank of Kuwait regulations and may increase or decrease by up to 2%.

What Do I need?

• A copy of your Civil ID.
• Your salary certificate.
• A salary transfers continuation certificate.
• A Kuwait Military ID is required for MOI, MOD and National Guards.
