How to apply?

You can request the payment service by visiting any of our branches and filling the “Electronic Payment Service Request Form”, through our CBK Video Chat or by sending an email tomerchants@cbk.com

Terms and Conditions:

• Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Prepaid Cards are accepted.
• Service active only on android 11 mobile or higher (USB Debugging enabled).
• The device should support NFC.
• Service not active if mobile is connected to public or unsecured network.
• Transaction Limitations:
  • Maximum transaction amount is KD 250/-.
  • Setup fee KD 5/-.
  • Monthly rent KD 5/-.
• For transactions between KWD 0 and KWD 25: Both card payments and X-Pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are accepted.
• For transactions between KWD 25.001 and KWD 250: Only X-Pay is accepted.
• For transactions above KWD 250: All transactions will be declined.
• Service not active if mobile is connected to public or unsecured network.
• Debit Card Commissions: 0.090% of transaction amount plus a fixed fee of KD 0.045 per transaction.
• Credit Card Commissions: A fixed amount of KD 0.045 per transaction plus 2.10% of transaction amount.
