"Al-Tijari" Sponsors Outstanding Secondary School Students Honoring Ceremony in Mubarak Al-Kabeer and Hawalli Governorates

Under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Sabah Bader Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Governor of Mubarak Al-Kabeer and Acting Governor of Hawalli, and in the presence of Ms. Amani Al-Wara'a – Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Communications Division at Commercial Bank of Kuwait, along with Dr. Khalid Suleiman Al-Rashid – Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, and Directors of the Educational Districts, the Bank sponsored a ceremony to honor outstanding secondary school students who achieved top ranks across schools in Mubarak Al-Kabeer and Hawalli Governorates. The event was held at the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate Headquarters.

The event was organized as part of Al-Tijari's corporate social responsibility programs and its ongoing contributions to community events sponsored by civil society institutions, including Kuwait's governorates. It also falls under the Bank's support and sponsorship program for various educational and social events, coordinated in advance with Kuwait's six governorates.

His Excellency Sheikh Sabah Bader Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah praised Al-Tijari's initiatives, which aim to provide comprehensive support and care for social, educational, and health events organized by Mubarak Al-Kabeer and Hawalli Governorates. He highlighted that this event was held in appreciation of the students' dedication and perseverance throughout the school year, as well as to encourage them for continued excellence. His Excellency extended his best wishes to the honorees for continued success in their future endeavors.

In the same context, Ms. Amani Al-Wara'a, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Communications Division, said: "The Bank is committed to providing every form of support and sponsorship for educational and academic events, including sponsoring this ceremony to honor outstanding secondary school students. This stems from our strong belief in the importance of recognizing distinguished students for their academic achievements. We wish them continued success and excellence as they move forward to university."

Ms. Al-Wara'a added that sponsoring this notable event – which was highly appreciated by the honored students and their families – underscores the concept of comprehensive social responsibility. This initiative is part of a dedicated program launched by Al-Tijari several years ago to support and assist social and educational activities organized by Kuwait's governorates, in coordination with the relevant authorities.
