Al-Tijari Sponsors the Outstanding Students Ceremony of Farwaniya Governorate

Under the patronage and in the presence of the Governor of Farwaniya, Sheikh Athbi Nasser Al-Athbi Al-Sabah, and in the presence of the Corporate Communication Team at the Commercial Bank of Kuwait, the Bank sponsored an event to honor the outstanding students who obtained the first places in the general secondary school at the level of in Farwaniya Governorate schools. The event took place in the Governorate Diwan.

The event was organized within the framework of Al-Tijari's social responsibility programs and its contributions to community events and the civil society organizations, including the governorates of Kuwait, as well as the support and sponsorship program provided by the Bank for various educational and social events in accordance with prior arrangements with the six governorates of Kuwait.

For his part, Sheikh Athbi Nasser Al-Athbi Al-Sabah commended Al-Tijari's initiatives aimed at providing all means of support and care for the social, educational and health events organized by Farwaniya Governorate, including the event that was organized in appreciation of the efforts of the students and their endeavors and hard work throughout the academic year, wishing the outstanding students all success in their future educational activities.

In the same context, Deputy General Manager - Corporate Communication Division at Commercial Bank of Kuwait,  Amani Al-Waraa said: "Al-Tijari  saves no effort  to provide all forms of support and sponsorship for educational and social events, including its sponsorship to honor outstanding students in high school, as the Bank believes in the importance of honoring distinguished students for their academic excellence, and finds this occasion a good chance to wish them continued success and excellence while embarking on their university study".

She further explained that the Bank's sponsorship of this event comes to consolidate the concept of comprehensive social responsibility within the framework of the program launched by "Al-Tijari" several years ago to sponsor and support community activities and events organized by the governorates of Kuwait, where the event was greatly appreciated by the honored students and their families.
