Al-Tijari: Exclusive Offer for “Premier” Customers in Cooperation with “TEN Spa”

Commercial Bank of Kuwait launched an exclusive offer for «Premier Banking» customers in cooperation with «TEN Spa», which saw a remarkable turnout of customers who benefitted from the special Spa features during the offer period. The offer allowed «Premier» customers to enjoy a free experience of relaxation and care at «TEN Spa». Customers registered and benefitted from the offer through the Peacock Concierge service, enabling them to choose their preferred time and location to enjoy the care and relaxation experience easily and smoothly.

The Bank endeavors to present exclusive offers aligned with customers’ lifestyle beyond the scope of traditional banking services. Therefore, this initiative was timed to coincide with the return to work after the summer holiday, giving «Premier» customers another chance to energize.

«Premier Banking» is a tailored-made package within the retail banking services at Al-Tijari where customers are automatically eligible to enjoy state-of-the-art services upon transferring a monthly salary of KD 1,700 or above to the Bank, or have a total deposit of KD 50,000 or more, including fixed deposits. «Premier Banking» customers benefit from a range of exclusive banking services and offers, in addition to the Premier banking services provided by dedicated employees in private lounges and offices.

The Bank expanded the scope of the special offers to «Premier » customers to cover their family members. It launched a «Premier Family Banking Package» that enables customers to share their Premier Banking privileges with their spouse, or one adult child aged 21 years or older. This way, the Bank enhances the concept of integrated family banking services.

To qualify for the Package, family members must be first-degree relatives of the customer, aged 21 years or older, employed in a government entity, oil sector or in one of the companies of the approved list by Commercial Bank of Kuwait, and drawing a minimum monthly salary of KD 750 transferred to the Bank.

The offers of «Back to Work After Summer Vacation» and the «Premier Family Banking Package» underscore the Bank's ongoing approach to developing the banking experience for «Premier Banking» customers and providing added value to them and their families.
