How can I active my new card?

You can activate via CBK Mobile App with the following steps

1- Log in to the App.
2- Go to Credit Cards.
3- Select the new card.
4- Create a new PIN.
5- Click Activate

What happens to my outstanding balance and credit limit?

The balance and credit limit will be automatically transferred to your new card.

What changes will I notice on the new card?

New vertical design, updated card number, CCV and expiry located at the back.

What remains the same?

Your account number, credit limit and outstanding balance.
