Commercial Bank of Kuwait Launches Revamped CBK Mobile App to Enhance Digital Banking Experience

As part of its ongoing commitment to advancing its digital services and enhancing customer experience, the Commercial Bank of Kuwait has announced launching the revamped version of its mobile banking application: CBK Mobile. This new step reflects the Bank’s continued focus on accelerating its digital transformation journey and delivering a more seamless, efficient, and user-friendly banking experience.

Commenting on the launch, Mohammad Al Haid, Chief Digital Officer - CDO at the Commercial Bank of Kuwait, said:” The upgraded application comes with a refreshed look, modern design, and enhanced user interface, carefully developed to provide a clearer and more intuitive experience. Customers can now access a wide range of banking services and complete their daily transactions with fewer steps and greater efficiency, anytime and anywhere. The app has also been optimized for improved speed and flexibility, with overall performance enhancements and smoother navigation across services”.

According to Al Haid, the upgrade includes a reorganization of the app’s content, simplified menus, and a reduction in the number of steps required to complete transactions, in addition to faster responsiveness. These improvements enable customers to manage their accounts, cards, and various banking services more conveniently, within an integrated digital experience that aligns with their everyday lifestyle.

He further explained that the launch of the revamped CBK Mobile app is part of the Bank’s strategy to enhance its digital experience by offering banking solutions built on simplicity, speed, and ease of use, in line with our customers’ evolving expectations and needs.
