For the first time in Kuwait, you can now update your Civil ID information at the Commercial Bank of Kuwait using Kuwait Mobile ID. The bank always strives to stay up to date with the latest technological services and provide easy solutions for customers. In order to ensure the continuity of your banking services without interruption you can update your Civil ID information easily where the bank will send an authentication request to customers who have an expired Civil ID.


To ensure that you will receive the update request from within Kuwait Mobile ID Application, please follow the below steps:

 
1. Login to Kuwait Mobile ID application
2. Select Update ID from the main menu
3. Select Update ID through smart phone
4. Follow the steps and accept the Terms & Conditions

Upon receiving the authentication notification from the bank in Kuwait Mobile ID application, click on it and accept to share your information with the bank and enter Kuwait Mobile ID PIN. Your Civil ID information will automatically be updated with the bank and your banking transactions will remain active.
