I, hereby, declare my desire to postpone payment of my Loan instalments towards the Bank according to Law No. (3) of 2021 Concerning Postponement of the Financial Obligations for Six Months, and its Executive Regulations dated 18/04/2021 for consumer loans, housing loans, Family Fund and Insolvent Fund given the fact that such postponement shall be in accordance with the stipulated period in that law. I also declare and acknowledge that such desire will prolong the term(s) previously agreed upon in the loan contract(s) concluded with your Bank in proportion to the deferred period. I undertake my commitment to resume repayment of the installments immediately upon the expiry of the postponement period. This is my acknowledgment of the above without the least responsibility on your Bank.
