We value your comments, feedback & complaints.  For better customer service and to enhance our communication with our customers; we have established a Customer Complaints Unit that will be handling all customers' complaints on a timely manner. 

Please communicate your complaint to your nearest branch or visit the Customer Complaints Unit at the Head Office Premises, First Floor during the normal business hours between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
