Fridays and Saturdays. You only have to dial 888225 or 888CBK.
Always remember that the Call Center services are available at any time and are not restricted to
the working hours of branches. We provide the information you need on your account (s) and
other necessary information to process any of the new services during your next visit to any branch.
Call Center Services
• Answer all customer queries with regard to their accounts, the facilities and products available with
the Bank in general, such as loans, credit cards, deposit accounts and/or investment.
• Send account statements by fax.
• Provide prompt services to customers such as invalidating lost or stolen ATM and credit cards.
• Answer queries received from the general public i.e. non-CBK customers,
regarding the Bank's services.
• Receive proposals and remarks in respect of the services.
