Main Functions
- Answering all types of customer inquiries.
- Maintain service quality - (CBK greeting, name, proper answers, polite and proactive response and cross selling).
- Ensure accuracy of the information provided to customers, request support from Team Leader if required.
- Keep customer information confidential.
- Receive customer complaints /suggestions /comments.
Requirements
- Diploma / University Degree
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written
- Well developed telephonic skills
- Familiarity with PC applications software - MS-Office package and Databases
- Good knowledge of English/Arabic
