Main Functions
- Work with Business users in defining, testing and documenting their processes and procedures.
- Provide assistance with user training and documentation activities.
- Document new procedures and obtain agreement and sign-off from all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all procedures are documented to a high standard.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent
- Very good command over written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical and PC skills
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in line of (Banking operations/ Retail/ Audit)
- Good communications skills with ability to convey complex issues to business and technical staff alike
