In line with CBK's strategic goals and vision, employees are considered the most valuable banking tool and asset. For this, HRD - Training unit is dedicated to provide our employees with the proper training that will equip them with the needed skills, knowledge, and attitude; and driving them to provide the best of what we have to offer to our current and future clients, and our community.
With our continuous provided training, our employees will meet and exceed banking and management internationally recognized standards, by attending high standard training programs, as in-house by utilizing state of the art training facilities; IBS; Local; or abroad programs. The main focus is to expose our employees to new experiences, in order to enhance their working performance and productivity, to achieve desired results.
