To send money through Western Union from your CBK account, follow the below simple steps:

1. Log in to your account either through CBK Online Banking or CBK Mobile application and click on 'Western Union'.

2. Before sending money, you must add the Beneficiary's information by clicking on 'Beneficiaries' then 'Add Beneficiary'.  Fill in the required fields (first name, last name, country, currency in which you want to transfer the amount and nickname) then click on 'Submit'.

3. You will be directly receiving a 4 digit verification code on your mobile which you have to enter in the box found on the beneficiary page to activate your registered beneficiary. (You can add as many beneficiaries as needed.)

4. To start transferring money, click on 'Send' then choose which of your accounts you want to transfer money from and select which beneficiary you want to send the money to.

5. Select the type of method in which you want to send the money (either net in KWD or the exact amount of destination currency) then click 'Proceed'. (If you have a Western Union Gold Card, enter the number in the box).

6. Review the details of the transfer and charges then click 'Proceed'

7. Agree on Western Union's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then enter your ATM card number and PIN to finalize the transaction. Once the transaction is approved, you will see the  MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) number on the screen.

8. Send the provided MTCN number to the beneficiary in order to collect the money at any of Western Union Branch in the destination country.

It’s an easy and quick way to pay your mobile bill or top-up your postpaid line anytime, anywhere directly from your account through our CBK online banking or CBK mobile application.

Step 1: Log in to your account on Cbk-online.com

Step 2: Click on Bill Payment under “Other Services” and choose your mobile service provided (Zain,Oredoo,Viva)

Step 3: Enter your mobile number and the amount you wish to pay in the “Due to pay” tab, choose your account and ATM

Step 4: Enter your pin number and confirm

How to pay your mobile bill through CBK Mobile App:

Step 1: download CBK Mobile app and log in using the same online banking user ID and password (or sign-up as a new user if you don’t have an online banking user)

CBK is pleased to offer its merchants the latest technology and services in POS machines for all they payment types, in order to facilitate their cash management and improve their business.

 Required Documents to obtain the POS service are:

  •   The license of the business.
  •   Memorandum of Association.
  •   Signature authentication.
  •  Civil I.D. of the authorized person and the account holder.

 What differentiates Commercial Bank's POS services from others in the market ?

  •  Next day credit for all transactions performed on the device (Including weekends and holidays).
